Dr. Heesun Shin wins poster award at Bio-IT Conference and Expo

On April 24-26th, the 10th annual Bio-IT World Conference and Expo was held at the World Trade Center in Boston, MA. Internationally attended, the conference and exposition catered to medical professionals and scholars in a variety of fields, with topics varying from cloud computing and neuroimaging informatics, to eClinical solutions and nanowire diagnostics.

The Proof Centre’s Dr. Heesun Shin was in attendance and presented her research in the poster sessions on April 25th. She was awarded with the CHI Poster Competition WINNER Bio-IT World for her poster entitled “Whole Blood Transcriptome Analysis for a Global View of Biological Processes in Kidney Transplant Rejection”. Congratulations, Dr. Shin!
