Abhinav is a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Scott J. Tebbutt at St. Paul’s Hospital. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics from Panjab University (P.U), India in 2016 and graduated with a master’s in Systems Biology & Bioinformatics from PU in 2018. Abhinav is experienced in tool development and vaccine studies.
His research involves analyzing multi-OMICs data to better understand the molecular mechanisms and predictive biomarkers that indicate the antibody generation in newborns after vaccination. As a trainee at PROOF Centre, he aims to learn advanced computational biology and data analysis skills to become proficient in biomarker discovery.
